Nelson Press – Specialist Trade Printers

After celebrating our 70th anniversary early this year we decided that there was no better time that to re-think, re-design and re-brand Nelson Press.

We believed that our original logo, website and brand image didn’t reflect our company values that are rooted in our heritage and represent the traditional, family run print shop that began in 1946.

Much like the print industry itself, Nelson Press has had to adapt and develop, taking on the newest technology and honing our skills and print techniques over the decades. However, we pride ourselves on the traditional machines, techniques and values we still hold, that haven’t changed since the 1940’s. This was our starting point to creating our new brand image, we wanted to focus on our traditional heritage.

After several brainstorming sessions and research we chose a logo that we believed signified our classic values, traditional roots and professional style. We also wanted the website to emphasise these values as well as a platform for us to showcase all the print we’re able to produce. We have been known throughout the trade as draw tickets printers but we can print pretty much everything and anything and this is why we have dedicated a print services and print products page that shows examples of every print technique and job we can produce.

The team at Nelson Press are truly passionate about the print we produce and take great pride in the relationships we build with our customers.
